MVOS (Mam Vëlo op d'Schaff) is a competition organised by the Ministry of Mobility and Public Works with the aim of promoting cycling as a means of transport.
This awareness-raising campaign focuses on participation rather than performance and aims to reduce individual car use in favour of cycling and multimobility. During the event, you are therefore perfectly allowed to combine different modes of transport to cover the journey and only complete a part of your trip by bike.
Create a team of 2 to 4 people and register from 1st April and by the 10th of July at the latest! Teammates are not required to be part of the same company/school.
Saddle up and cycle to school/work on at least 15 days between 15th May and 31st July.
Enter your cycled kilometers in your account and share your progress and that of your teammates on social media.
Tempt your luck and win fabulous prizes and/or help your company or school win the Golden Gear Award while saving CO2 and improving your fitness!
The Ministry of Mobility and Public Works offers a trophy to the company/institution and school that managed to mobilise most participants in the challenge! Teams do not necessarily have to be made up exclusively by employees of the same company or students of the same school.
